It’s a residential building and we want to have a good relationship with our neighbours.

One week before arrival, we will ask for an ID from one guest, payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the tourist tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Lifts are rare in Venice: there are about 50 steps, but they are not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.
