The little house on the meadow

Séjour détente, cette charmante maison est isolé, à moins de 300m d'une petite plage au bord de la Dordogne, a disposition une cabane en bois, un toboggan, une balançoire et une piscine autoportée 2*4 au beau milieu des noyers. Ce petit coin de paradis offre 4 chambres spacieuses . 2 salles de bain avec douche 2 WC séparés. Notre maison d'habitation devenue trop spacieuse mais toute équipée. Accès au extérieur et parc clôturé et arboré, partager avec nous et présence de notre chatte sur place.

The charm of this 18th century house also lies in its location near a river with a beach, recreation area and open-air café, which is accessed directly from the garden (fenced) without taking the road. 2-star apartment. You will find peace and serenity while having breakfast in the garden with a view of the Dordogne and the old bridge. Ideally located 3 km from Golf du Château les Merles and 25 km from Golf des Vigiers. You will also be 15 minutes from Bergerac, Issigeac. 30 minutes from Monpazier, Eymet. 1 hr from Sarlat. My cat and the neighbor's cats walk around in the garden.
