The hut is a truly romantic place to get away from the rigours of the world, escape and be close to nature, enjoy campfires, fantastic sunsets, visits from red squirrels and amazing starlit nights. The Smoke House Cabin

You may recognise the cabin from New Lives In The Wild With Ben Fogle, he spent a week staying here recently. We hope like him you'll love the tranquility it offers. We made the cabin from a used 20ft shipping container. It’s off grid with its own simple 12 volt lighting, no WiFi. There’s board games, a wood burning stove, huge bed, hot shower & compost loo. Situated 1/5 mile down a private forest track, surrounded by nature. Leave the hustle & bustle behind & come switch off. Sorry, no dogs
