Welcome to our beautiful townhouse in Roda. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. The house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed with a Juliette balcony. The second bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms have a TV. (Travel cot available on request). There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and a walk-in shower (ground floor). The second bathroom has a toilet and a bath with an overhead shower (first floor). The living room has a 4 seater dining room table and TV with a wide variety of channels and internet access. There is a patio over looking the pool with a 4 seater outdoor dining table. Additionally there are 4 sun loungers for your exclusive use. You have use of the communal swimming pool that is restricted for use by units within the block only, wrist bands to allow access will be provided. Linen and bathroom towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Additionally, a welcome pack will be provided with the basics to make tea/coffee upon your arrival. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Free parking. - Pets are not allowed.

Great new villa with private pool

Bring your family to this wonderful villa with private pool and a roof terrace with beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. The resort is located near Los Alcázares with restaurants, beaches and shopping. Roda Golf Club is a beautiful 18 hole golf court with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea. The resort has a club house with restaurant, bar and pro shop. It also has other facilities like tennis courts, padel tennis, gym, spa and indoor pool. Private beach club with sun beds and bar.

Holly's Luxury Villa, with Heated Pool

A fantastic three bedroom detached villa with private pool and spacious terraces on ground level. It has a fantastic outside kitchen to enjoy al fresco meals. The décor is modern, and it is equipped to a very high standard. There are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance just a few minutes away. The main town of Pilar Horadada is only four minutes away with supermarkets, a cinema and sports facilities. Air-conditioning throughout and 3.7km from the beach

Viewpoint of Mar Menor

Nice newly renovated and very sunny bungalow. Distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace and upstairs with dining room, living room-kitchen with sofa bed, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds and bathroom with shower. To access the upper floor, you need to climb a few stairs as shown in the pictures. In this accommodation you can breathe tranquility just 600m from the beach. Relax with the whole family!
