A bright, simple but lovingly furnished house, located in a residential area on the slope of the Pitaya Valley, where some artists and intellectuals built their dream house after the great earthquake of 1985. In the Pitaya Valley there is a cold water stream, the Pixquiac, a 15-minute walk; when it is hot, a wonderful coolness. The house is surrounded by vegetation and very well connected, 20 minutes by car, bus or collective taxi from the centers of Coatepec or Xalapa.

Small house with the amenities for a very pleasant stay, 10 minutes from the beach. (Note: the patio is under construction because we are improving the facilities), hence the price. On one side there is a small shop where you can stock up on groceries and a small bar. Opposite there is a restaurant where you can use the pool without having to consume. In the village you can find small but very tasty restaurants, with cuisine ranging from snacks to seafood.

A solo unos pasos encontraras el parque Tecajetes y el centro de la ciudad, en sus alrededores disfrutaras de diferentes restaurantes exclusivos de la zona. El baño se encuentra en el exterior debido a que preserva la higiene y arquitectura original de la época. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro.

Y en las noches despejadas, el cielo se llena de estrellas.

A Sumaa es una de 4 eco-cabañas artesanales de ‘No Manches Wey cabañas’. Solo adultos, max. 2 personas. No somos hotel, no hay servicios. Tiene una tina infinita para refrescarse. La reservación incluye una llenada. Tenemos estacionamiento en frente de las cabañas. Está localizada en la orilla del Río Antigua, a 7 minutos caminando del centro de Jalcomulco.

The subdivision is very quiet, you will not hear the noise of cars passing or the typical noise of the city, this is excellent for resting on vacation.
