Air Mattress provided for small kids if requested Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Area/Laundry/Bathroom All brand new and newly renovated. This portion of the house is on the main level. Large Windows adorn this opened concept area with spectacular views of the HOLLYWOOD Sign and Griffith Observatory. 55" mounted flat screen TV. WIFI. Brand new Washer/Dryer. Brand new bathroom. Don't forget to pick up some laundry detergent if you plan on washing your stuff. Whole bean coffee provided. This single family home is yours. This is an amazing space and everything is brand new. Security cameras for added peace of mind; key-less front door access makes check in a breeze. My wife and I (and 3 kids) are just 10 minutes away. We are here to help you with anything. If you need something, just ask. We know about all the local attractions and the coastal beaches. If you need something, chances are that we have it. I have surfboards, bikes, kids stuff, strollers, car seats, toys, beach chairs. We can probably figure it out if needed. We welcome families with small kids, as parents of small kids, we totally get it. Set in the endlessly hip Silver Lake neighborhood, the house is steps away from organic markets, trendy coffeehouses, and eclectic boutiques. The area is quite walkable, boasting charming hillside views and sunny parks. Lots of great things to do, Amazing Coffee, Restaurants, Bars, Breakfast (Brunch, Sunday Funday) and farmers market all within WALKING DISTANCE!!!!!! Parking-House has a garage that is available if requested as well as driveway parking. The garage is small, nose the vehicle into garage with rear-end hanging out and garage door open with gate closed. Please close garage when not in use. Please close garage and park on street when it is raining. There are TONS of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Please try to use the white bath towels for drying wet, clean bodies after showering or bathing. Try not to use them for wiping make-up and cleaning messes. They stain easily. Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.
