Dit moderne gelijkvloers appartement is geschikt voor 4 personen. Je kan er ook terecht met een baby of peuter: een kinderbedje en kindereetstoel zijn aanwezig. Het appartement ligt aan het mooie strand van Santiago de La Ribera: "Playa Puntica" aan een lange promenade. Vanop het terras vooraan heb je een mooi uitzicht op de Mar Menor. Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.
