It can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 adults; ideal for hosting families with children or groups of friends.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The garden borders the bank of the Monticano river, which can be reached on foot or by bicycle on the “GiraMonticano” bike path in front of the splendid panorama of the Dolomites. The walkway over the river behind the house leads in a five-minute walk to the central square and sports centers: swimming pools and tennis courts. Forty minutes by car to reach the Prosecco Hills and Venice.

Lifts are rare in Venice: there are about 50 steps, but they are not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.
