Ideal for nature lovers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden.

Our apartment is 160 m². We have a large and light-flooded living room with a large balcony and great views of nature. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is a nice size and fully furnished. The bathroom is bright and equipped with a shower and tub. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy. We have many excursion opportunities nearby, and you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. Dogs on request.

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen. The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Whether you are traveling by bike or on foot in the Hasetal, here you will find a cozy accommodation overlooking the countryside. The non-smoking apartment is located in the attic, is fully furnished and equipped with standard utensils. It is for 1 to max. 3 people suitable. You can safely park your car, motorbike or bikes at the house. Animals are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

Ideal for 2 to 4 people, if necessary for up to 6 people, you will be offered a lot of comfort.
