Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

The Dairy @ Street Farm Barns

The Dairy is completely self-contained and located in the pretty, peaceful village of Hardwick, just 12 miles south of historic Norwich. Its conversion from a farm building (a dairy!) was completed in 2018. It is perfect for couples but, because of its space and the full-double sofa-bed in the living room, it can comfortably sleep 4. It is a a great base for walks in the surrounding countryside, visiting Norwich, the Waveney Valley, the Norfolk Broads, or the beautiful Norfolk/Suffolk coasts.

The Little Barn, Topcroft, Artist’s home

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. We are only a two minute walk from the award winning pub and restaurant The Fox & Hounds, (booking recommended, especially if arriving friday). There are lots of countryside walks and being central to either Norwich or the coast you won’t be short of things to do.
