The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, Pier d 'Ars and one of the most wild parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
