Please note: 7 nights rental minimum, from Saturday to Saturday only. Self check-in. Please do not send checkout requests outside of Saturday, we cannot postpone checkouts.

The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. Our small townhouse (a former cellar that has become a 70m2 duplex in total) is ideally located in the heart of the most charming village of Ile de Ré. It's an authentic and simple accommodation. It's a very nice house. It is dual-aspect and the garden is present in every room. The large kitchen overlooks a small garden and its olive tree, the living room overlooks another garden and its wooden terrace. The bedroom, very quiet, overlooks the terrace. A 2nd bedroom in the garden, independent, and with a sink, can accommodate 2 people, with an extra charge of €10 per person per day.

The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
