In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. The LOFT Attic studio with Hercules view

Our spacious studio with its two roof terraces offers a wonderful view over the entire city. The studio is very flexible and suitable for one to three people. For at least 2 people, the large bedroom with wardrobe is included. For one person, only the living/sleeping area with integrated kitchen, wardrobe and the terrace is open. The bathroom is beautiful with a bathtub and shower. All new and lovingly renovated in detail.

Whether a walk through the Kaufunger Wald, Königsalm or the beautiful Kaufunger city center. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for everything. Car is absolutely not necessary thanks to the connections to Kassel or towards Hessian Lichtenau. You have a separate balcony at your disposal and can use the garden and terrace with all amenities.
