Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

The house is located on one of the many culturally and historically valuable farms in the old district of Östanfors in Falun. Only 50 meters to water with the possibility of swimming and next to it is the cozy park Kålgården. There is a sandy beach (not an official swimming area), large playground, beach volleyball court, barbecue area, tables, benches, mini golf, boule court, outdoor gym and large dog rest area.

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside included. You can store your skis or bikes in locked space if you wish. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Med bil tar du dig på en halvtimme till Carl-Larssongården, Bjursås skicenter, Nysjöns fäbod och Falu gruva.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
