Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Welcome to our family home in the middle of the beautiful Soča valley! Our house is a typical Alpine home from the North Soča Valley. It has been the home for our family for many generations . The house has been renovated in 1976, 1998 and 2017. We have a big garden - 1.700m2 - and the forest begins where our garden ends! We're surronded by magnificent mountains and beautiful vistas. Soča river is 5 min away by foot! Dogs are welcome!
