Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Return to tranquility in the evening, cook a good dinner with local ingredients and enjoy the sunset or a good movie. Kitchen is equipped with new appliances. In the living room area there is a 3-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs. 43 inches TV where you see through your own apps. Listen to your music via bluetooth. The bedroom is in the loft which has a standing height in the center. There is a double bed and two wicker chairs. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.
