New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Mature garden and ample parking. 2 sitting rooms (one is games room), kitchen with seating and separate utility room. Electric fire in lounge and second sitting room. Central heating. No smoking No shoes upstairs No dogs upstairs or on furniture Dogs not to be left unattended, (garden is not secure from escape)

Skanda Vale is 45 mins away by car. There is so much to see and do here - so give yourself plenty of time. No parties, hen or stag groups etc.
