The open plan kitchen/living room as well as a second toilet are on the first floor with another entrance onto decking making the most of the amazing views up and down river. The only neighbour is also the care taker for the cottage.

Y swyddfa is on the main road. A 40. There’s a gorgeous restaurant walking distance “the plough inn, rhosmaen “. Llandeilo is also walking distance up a gradual hill. There are many options for cooking in my kitchen. Small oven, hobs, sandwich maker, George Foreman grill, microwave, air fryer, bbq, outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking and a seven acre field attached. I have an electric charger for cars. The garden is large and is shared with the main house.
