Take a long morning walk with the dog or cycle along the nature reserve that’s through your garden gate, or take the short 20 minute drive to the seaside town of Aberystwyth to enjoy the shops, restaurants and cafes. Shop and pub in the village, and although the hut is set on a working farm, there’s plenty of peace and quiet and privacy at our cozy hut.

Ideal country location for relaxing away from it all, excellent walking nearby on the Hafod estate trails, fishing on Trisant lakes, cycle paths and routes Ystwyth and Rheidol trails and mountain biking at Nant yr Arian. Excellent places to eat nearby. Only 20 minutes by car to the seaside town of Aberystwyth, a wide promenade with breathtaking view of Cardigan Bay.

Pretty Studio in Private Courtyard Setting.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Freesat T.V and Wifi If you wish to stay connected to the outside world or peace and quiet if not.
