Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Sjöstugan passar både för dig/er som är på genomresa (7 minuter från E4) eller om du/ni kan stanna några dagar. Bada från brygga eller strand. Fri tillgång till eka, kajak, cyklar och grill (ta med kol). Dubbelsäng, våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Önskas spjälsäng och barnstol? Förbränningstoalett, insynsskyddad duschkabin på altan. Dricksvatten. Hyr gärna sängkläder och handdukar, tvättmaskin, vedeldad bastu eller elbilsladdning. För det mesta kan vi erbjuda frukost. Städning ingår i hyran.
