This place has been extremely charming for thousands of years, attracting people who willingly settled here, taking advantage of the benefits of the nearby, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. If you are looking for absolute tranquility in nature, right on the zaberous and clean lake, surrounded by birds and other animals, in the neighborhood of the natural park "Unteres Odertal" and only about 2 hours from Berlin, then you are in the right place! Whether a boat trip at sunset, letting go of everyday life in the sauna temple (on request), a bike ride or hike through forests and fields - or just switch off in front of the fire, you can find all this in the house on the lake! Red House

This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.

This is a compact but extremely functional studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning. The apartment is an ideal offer for tourists and visitors to Sulęcin and the surrounding area for business purposes. The modern layout and comfortable furnishings of the interior should satisfy even the most discerning guests.

The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not allow parties.

The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.

Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with beautiful emerald water color. Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.
