Apartament Rolniczówka No.2 is an independent part of a house built in 2021. It has two bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms with a washer and dryer, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The total area of the apartment is 100m2. The proximity of the trails of the Western Tatras, the Chochołowskie Term, the Witów SKI slope, the bike path around the Tatras, the river and the forests make our place an ideal starting point for active people. The cottage between the valleys is a charming cottage where you can relax and forget about the city's concerns. Relax with the birds singing, the buzz of trees, and take long walks through the nearby Valley and the Mountains. The interior of a highlander-style cottage provides comfort at a high level, and its historic part, which was built in 1870, gives the impression of above-average. From the living room windows you can admire the peaks of the Red Wierch and Kominiarski Wierch.

There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room and Netflix for when you just want to relax. Kids will certainly enjoy playing with many toys and board games or XBOX ONE. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue.

Každý má spálňu pre 2 až 3 osoby a dvojposteľovú obývačku (apartmán 1 je s krbom), dobre vybavenú kuchyňu s jedálňou, samostatné WC a kúpelňu s vaňou alebo sprchou. K dispozícii je aj uzamykateľný suterén pre uloženie vášho vybavenia alebo bicyklov. Vlastné parkovisko a priestranná terasa s prístupom k rieke a možnosťou opekania na otvorenom ohni. To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
