Right in the city center, so all amenities are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in and around Arnhem. Wonderful cycling on the Veluwe, shopping, a city walk or a panoramic view from the church tower.

Cute and homey garden apartment (65 m2) in the popular Spijkerkwartier in Arnhem, all for yourself! Roomy bathroom with seperate shower and bathtub. Cosy living room, artful decoration, and paintings. Authentic 70s design Poggenpohl kitchen with dishwasher. A supermarket is just around the corner just like the best little coffee place and the yummiest italian food. The city centre is a 2 minutes walk, the nearest train station 5 minutes. Available for long stay and non-smoking.

Woning ligt op 10 minuten fietsen/25 minuten lopen van het centrum van Nijmegen. Prachtige ligging aan de Waal. Rustige buurt met veel groen. Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien: slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, slaap- en werkkamer met eenpersoonsbed, kastenkamer (incl. een matras), ruime zolder met wasmachine en sportgelegenheid, badkamer met douche en bad, ruime keuken en woonkamer en twee terrassen. Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

Charming holiday home in Holland

We fell in love with the Gelderland because it is beautiful there and the landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. In our beautiful garden you can relax beautifully, overlooking the pond with fountain. We really like long walks along the IJssel.... For shopping in Arnhem and Nijmewegen it is not far... we also like to try the numerous restaurants nearby..... it is also close to the nearest (very good) ice cream parlor on foot.
