Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The Cube

På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga. Vintertid kan vi ordna guidade skoterturer och isfiske.

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
