On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. All of this is possible here. We didn’t build an entire chalet village — just one single, extraordinary, beautiful, and cozy chalet at 1,150 meters above sea level, high above Arriach. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
