Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Haiku – a tiny house in Hailuoto

Haiku is a modern and compact (21.5m2) tiny house in central village of Hailuoto. It breathes relaxation and peace, even though it's with others like it in a condominium. The shops are about 1.5km and Hailuodon Brewery is less than a kilometer away. Marjaniemi 11 kilometers. You can also get there by public transportation. Note: No sauna. Haiku has a fiber optic connection and heats up with ecological wind power. Air source heat pump for cooling and heating. No animals. Sparkling detergents.

Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

Kempele centre is about 2 km away, where there are several grocery stores and a pizzeria. Families with children considered: travel crib, high chair, potty, dishes, etc. In the kitchen you can prepare your own meals. Sheets and towels are included in the same price.

This is easy to get off the highway. This is a good place to go if you're looking for privacy. This is close to services, but there are no other apartments nearby. Also a great stopover on the way from south to north or vice versa! A big free parking spot and a warm place in the car. Good transport connections to Oulu. K-Supermarket 1.8km, Zeppelin and indoor swimming pool 2km, railway station 1.5km, amusement park 2.9km, Leo's playground and Zemppiareena 2km.

Personal small apartment

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

During your stay, you can jump from the sauna to the swimming pool (May-September), you can light fires outside at the campfire site or just relax with a cup of coffee or tea. Nearby you will find great outdoor terrain. Kaakkuri's outdoor gym and fitness stairs are nearby. Ski trails and mountain bike trails are also right next door. Two electric adult mountain bikes are available for rent separately.

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
