The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will live in 50 sqm in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You look over the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the inner and old town of Diez and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to get to Limburg. There is a cathedral and a historic old town.

Our well-equipped self-catering holiday flat is in Langhecke, and looks over the valley which leads down to the Lahn river in Aumenau. The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!). There's plenty of opportunity for activity in the fresh air of this interesting and peaceful countryside. Enjoy the calm and the nature here with us on the Schulberg!

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
