Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Our historic stone house, known locally as Mauthner, is situated at an altitude of 824 meters and is being lovingly and painstakingly renovated. Three vacation apartments will be ready for our guests starting in May 2026! The Lindenblick apartment, with its spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom, guarantees a cozy stay! Enjoy and relax in the apartment's private wellness area, complete with an sauna and whirlpool! The new pond with panoramic views invites you to linger and unwind.

The wooden cottage is located in slovenian countryside, surrounded by hills, green meadows and preserved natural forests. The house is carefully arranged for a comfortable stay. The whole house and its interior is a unique handmade work. There is an Outdoor Wellness with wood burning sauna and a hot tub provided. It stands just a few steps from the house and It is all yours during your staying. We welcome especially lovers of nature and peace who come to us for a break and a holiday.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

quiet location in a small mountain village at 850 m above sea level. At the farm there is a mother cows herd, which is kept in the surrounding pasture in the summer and in the playpen in the winter. The whole farm consists of an old farmhouse from the Middle Ages, a stable building from 1734, the new house, a hall, a small cottage and this new apartment. At the farm there is an arrow arch trail with 50 3D animals in the forest and meadows, it is the most beautiful far and wide!

Indulge in the soothing impact of running water and observe the peaceful flow of the Drava River. Go for a walk in the woods and enjoy the solitude, quiet, views, and beauty of unspoiled nature. Or try your hand at biking on the Drava Bike Trail, considered one of the most beautiful bike trails in Europe.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, overlooking the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott or in the village of Hirschegg, 15 km away.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
