The road has a barrier at both ends. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed on request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Liten hyttevogn med vedovn ved siden av en liten elv/bekk. Naturskjønt beliggenhet. Vogn har solcellepanel til lys og vedovn til oppvarming. Bålplass utenfor. Mulighet også å leie badestamp og tønnebadstue / sauna mot ekstra betaling. I sauna kan du vaske deg med varmt vann. Robåt til gratis lån. Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt

Small apartment above the double garage is rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. Tovdalselva is a renowned salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
