Large brand new south country house with large garden sea arch, own beach and jetty. Suitable for 2 families. In October and November, we take tenants on lobster fishing. Boat. Øien 20 feet with 70 Yamaha Lots of activities - football pitch, volleyball net, badminton, swings for big and small, slack line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 2 water mattresses and fishing equipment for fishing with the jetty or at sea. Fishing trip with teas, yarn or pole is done by agreement.

Boligen ligger nær en vakker sandstrand ved Tingsaker Familiecamping. Det er en kort gåtur til Lillesand sentrum og flotte turområder. En elv renner ved huset, hvor man kan fiske. Dyreparken ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur unna. Til Grimstad og Kristiansand sentrum tar det under 30 minutter med bil.

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linen and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

The cabin is located in scenic surroundings on Gautestad about 17 km from Evje center. There are several nice hiking areas nearby, bathing water and great run cross-country skis in winter. Evje has lots to offer, including other climbing parks, go-karts, Evje Mineralpark and TrollAktiv. The latter has a variety of activities such as rafting, canoeing, paintball arrow and bow and much more. Booking in autumn/winter and Easter holidays runs from Thursday-Monday and Monday-Thursday

Flak Gård is located in scenic surroundings at Tovdalselva. The apartment is totally newly refurbished and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids), and groups. The bedrooms are set up for two families on a trip, but are also well suited for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a renowned salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
