Take the whole family to one of the oldest and most authentic houses in Kragnæs. The area invites for cycling, running and walking. Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, sunny south-facing garden, where you can relax under the large old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The property contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

The nearest beach is about 3 km away, the enchanting villages of Ærøskøbing and Marstal with their popular, long beaches are 5 and 8 km away. The house with terrace and large Garden has a large integrated room on the ground floor for cooking, eating and living, a hallway with a workspace and the bathroom. On the upper floor there are 2 spacious guest rooms with 4 to max. 6 beds.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Enjoy the summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful cottage with the spacious and lovely garden.  There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. On Ærø, you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking or swimming. The Øhavs trail passes by the house. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnæs, only about 15 minutes' drive from the farm.

The 115 m2 house is centrally located, 650 m. from ferry, 850 m. from beach, 250 m. from town center, (for wedding couples :-) only 100 m. from registration office). Even though you are in the town, you have a big garden and nature around.
