Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

LA MURA' - Your place in the Gran Paradiso

La murà is a charming house in stone, wood and a "lose" roof recovered by Emanuele in the place where a barn stood at 1200 meters in the Gran Paradiso National Park. In the hamlet of Tressi - Tersy in Franco-Provençal - in one of the wildest corners of the Alps, the house is isolated and has an exclusive view of the Forzo valley. Designed for families, suitable as the starting point for a thousand and one excursions in the Park, it is a treasure trove of relaxation surrounded by nature.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

La Chambrette, studio on the heights of Cogne

Simple but pleasant and bright studio, perfect for someone who wants to spend a quiet vacation. The accommodation is located on the first (and last) floor of a typical mountain house, it has a separate entrance and is equipped with a large balcony. Located on the heights of the village, in a quiet area, it is just a short walk from the center (5 minutes via the pedestrian shortcut), the starting point for hiking trails, and the ski slopes (cross-country and downhill).

The holiday apartment Appartamento 3 with step-free access and interior is located in Cogne and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Maison Rongier Mountain apartment COGNE Centro

Newly renovated accommodation with fine finishes, furnished in rustic mountain style and with all amenities. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (or 2 single beds) and the other with a bunk bed. NEW…. Fantastic Swiss pine pillows. Very central but very quiet accommodation, adjacent to the ski slopes with beautiful garden and reserved parking space. Our guests call it a very warm and comfortable environment, and that's exactly what we wanted to create!!!

Appartamento – Maison Forré

The house is located in a quiet corner at the beginning of the hamlet of Crétaz a short walk from Veulla (center of Cogne), perfect for a quiet holiday in nature. The apartment, recently renovated in “mountain” style, is located on the second floor (last habitable), with a magnificent view of the meadows of Sant'Orso, the village of Veulla and the mountains Punta Pousset and Punta de l'Ouille. Free municipal parking 200 m away.

A welcoming and bright house with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso and the St Ursus meadow! Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon!

TORRE DEL GRAN ST. PIETRO in the heart of the PNPG

Two-room apartment of about 50 square meters, located on the first floor, consisting of an entrance hallway, a living room-kitchen in which there is a double sofa bed (2 beds), a bedroom furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with mechanical ventilation equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet and comfortable shower (80x160 cm) and a large balcony accessible both from the living room-kitchen and from the bedroom.

A detached cottage, located in the village of Sylvenoire, in the middle of the nature reserve of the "Gran Paradiso". Sylvenoire is a small "Borgato" in the valley of Cogne, and is located at 1350m altitude, above the village "Vieyes". The cottage is ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. The garden opens onto the nature reserve and you can see animals walking in the great outdoors all days.
