A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

We have lived here forever, and in 2023, for the first time, we decided to invite you to our Oasis, "Kaliszówka," and share our Masurian songs with you. We have a separate building for you so that everyone feels at ease and comfortable. Upstairs, there are three double rooms (with the option of an extra bed), 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a large terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Nare.

The WODA house, from which, immediately after opening your eyes, guests will see an unforgettable view of the lake and meadow. It is normally designed for 9 people, but for larger groups, using the attic, it can accommodate an additional 5 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, toilet, bathroom and open kitchen. Upstairs there are three double rooms with double beds, one room with a double bed and one single bed and a bathroom.
