The cottage is located on the shores of the pristine Lahnavesi in the village of Toivola. The cottage is about 30 square meters and has a nice living room, loft, sauna and shower room. On the lake side, a porch with seating, from which there are stairs to the long pier. The beach is a hard-bottomed sandy beach and child-safe. The living room has a small kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave. On the shower room side, there is a toilet, washing machine and shower. The cottage is connected to the water and sewage system. The sauna has a wood-fired stove. There is a fireplace in the yard.

An atmospheric, beautiful and cozy house of about 200m2, with plenty of space on three floors and a sauna that is heated with a wood stove. The house has all the modern amenities, and it stays very cool even in the heat. Come for an active holiday or just a peaceful holiday in the beautiful nature of Mäntyharju. Allergy home, no animals. Near sports facilities, less than 1 km to the city center, swimming area within sight, 300 m to the starting point of the Repovesi hiking trail, 2.5 km to the Salmela Art Center. Nice, praised place!

Taiga Kallioranta – cottage and lakeside sauna

TAIGA KALLIORANTA A small, self-catering luxury cottage of 30 m², open all year round, in the tranquillity of Vääräjärvi, between Mäntyharju and Ristiina. A peaceful getaway for couples, for remote working or for a creative break. Here, there's no noise from cars or neighbours; instead, you're surrounded by pine trees, a lake, and a rocky shore. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The highlight of the evening is the sauna, just 10 metres from the beach. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.

In this unique and peaceful place, it's easy to relax and let go of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The bedroom has a beautiful panoramic view. In the summer kitchen, you can cook either on an open fire or on a gas grill. The summer kitchen and the cottage kitchen complement each other perfectly. The fun mobile sauna heats up with wood and offers gentle steam baths and a place to wash with lake water. The large lake terrace is most likely the most beautiful living room where you have watched nature shows.

Villa Mustaniemi, 180-degree lake view

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax. The bright and spacious cottage offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of moose swimming on the lake. You can also see the Beaver Family at work in the nearby area. There is also a beautiful view of the lake from the separate sauna building. There is a separate fee for the use of the outdoor hot tub, and its use must be agreed upon before the start of the booking. A peaceful and beautiful cottage where it's easy to relax.

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Fairy tales on the forest lake

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.

You can enjoy birdsong, beautiful lake views, and authentic peace of nature. The cottage doesn't have a TV aerial, so you can't watch the usual TV channels directly. However, the TV is connected to the internet, so you can log in to your own streaming services and enjoy your favourite programmes if you wish.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.
