The apartment has a master bedroom with its own toilet, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a 90 cm bed. There is an armchair in the living room, which can be converted into a 90 cm bed. A unique property in the heart of the city centre with its own parking space.

The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters away. Please note that we live above the property ourselves with 2 children and 2 dogs, so some sounds of living will probably be heard downstairs.
