The house is only 20 minutes away from Drammen city center and the train station by car. Kiwi is not so far from the house, 3 min by car and 10 min walk. There are several possibilities by bus from Drammen city centre to the house.

Bright and charming loft apartment with cozy and unique atmosphere. Apartment is centrally located in Drammen, and is suitable for both businesses or individuals. Including electricity, internet and otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking on your own courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the university in southeast Norway at the campus of Drammen (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is in a quiet and neat residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Spacious and sunny property in a quiet, family friendly area. Lovely garden with trampoline, outdoor kitchen and evening sun. Short distance to lakes with nice swimming and hiking opportunities. Closest lake behind the house. Only 35 min to Oslo by car (50 min by public transport) and 20 min to Drammen (40 min by public transport). Bus stop only 3 minutes walk away. 5 minutes by car to Liertoppen shopping center and 15 minutes by car to Sandvika shopping center. A perfect place for family life in quiet surroundings. Garage available

Majestic villa 250 m2 with panoramic views!

Lovely and representative residence! Extremely good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. Marka with great hiking areas is in immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vattenverksdammen and offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 slalom slope!

The little red House in Hyggen

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
