My place is suitable for couples, business travelers, holiday’s backpackers etc. Very close to nature. Only 50 meters walk from apartment to the forest, where there are a good view over the City Smoke free inside but allowed on balcony. West-facing apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. Play, hiking and swimming opportunities within walking distance. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Loud noise is not allowed after 11 pm in the evening, house rules. This is a quiet and nice block that is 4 years old. Keys will be handed over by the neighbor. Free parking on the street level. Damage done during the rental period in the apartment must be covered by the tenant.
