The Villa has a double bedroom, a lovely room with a second double bed accessible by a small staircase, a bathroom and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen. The house has a large and magnificent terrace overlooking the sea with a large porch and tastefully furnished. The house has a private parking lot and is located inside a large villa with a park that leads to the sea.

Villa Ada Independent villa - heated private pool

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

Completamente dotata di ARIA CONDIZIONATA, zanzariere, wify, parcheggio gratuito in strada, lavatrice. La casa è composta da due camere matrimoniali,una camera doppia, un soggiorno con TV 42", una cucina con un'ampia sala pranzo, un comodissimo bagno COMPLETAMENTE NUOVO ed un giardino(di 130 mq.)con tavolo per eventuali pranzi/cene all'esterno e una comodissima doccia.
