A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Mysigt gästhus med soldäck nära till havet

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Eget hus anno 2024 Danderyd, 15min till STHLM city

Helt nytt och fullt utrustat hus på 28 kvm i Danderyd 15 min norr om Stockholms innerstad. Huset stod klart i januari 2024 och ligger på en lugn återvändsgata 100m från ett fantastiskt naturreservat med oändliga alternativ för promenad, vandring och bad. På 10-15 min med bil når man både havet med fina badplatser eller två av Skandinaviens största köpcentrum (Täby Centrum och Mall of Scandinavia. Huset har vattenburen golvvärme, en permanent arbetsplats, bra Wi-Fi och parkering med laddning.

Welcome to this unique and quiet house on the cozy and car-free island of Tranholmen, just outside Stockholm's inner city. A nice architect designed house where you can have breakfast at sunrise and end the evening on your private big dock right by the water at sunset. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta mysiga boende som ligger i hjärtat av Hersby. Huset ligger i en lugn återvändsgränd 2 minuters promenad från Lidingö Centrum. Rymligt hus, byggt 1936, med 9 rum för socialt umgänge både ute och inne med bla lekrum, flera tv-rum och olika platser för måltider. Fin solig tomt från morgon till kväll, perfekt för lek, bad och grillkvällar. 10 min med bil kommer ni till Stockholms innerstad för shopping eller härliga badområden med mysiga caféer på Lidingö.

The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed.
