Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Restored Gâtine house, located in a beautiful environment, quiet and on the edge of the "Thouet", enclosed courtyard and garden (110 m²) opening onto large grounds (fenced) with river. ideal for lovers of fishing and nature. Ground floor: kitchen (13 m²), living room 27 m², bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 14 m² 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 80/200, bedroom 2: accessible by two steps 19 m² - 1 bed 160/200, 1 bed 80/200. BATH LINEN IS OPTIONAL.

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

"Chez Marie-Rose" character city cottage

The 70 m² gîte in total will welcome you with all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop...). On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.

Enjoy this very nice refurbished home. Located in a small town served by all local shops and services (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco, gas station) this accommodation is equipped with 4 beds, a bedroom with a 140×190 bed and a 120×190 sofa bed in the living room, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. It will be perfect to host you during your various stays. A small outdoor terrace area is also available.

Family vacation home, welcome to our home! ^^ For a warm getaway, you have at your disposal a wood-burning stove, board games, comics and cookbooks... Quiet and connected with nature. We recently renovated it to our liking, we hope you like it and feel as good as we do! The spaces are wide open both inside and outside: on the ground floor, the kitchen on the living room; upstairs, the bath area on the night area.

Gîte Bellebouche

Arnaud and Caroline are pleased to welcome you to their cottage in the heart of the Gâtinaise countryside. Located in a beautiful setting, quiet. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, fishermen (near the Thouet), couples or families. A key box is available for late check-ins. The pool is open from April to September (unheated but with a dome that allows the temperature to rise when the sun comes out).
