Gite of 82 m² for 6/8 people , in the heart of a 5ha estate with access to our pool and the forest. The renovation of the cottage has been awarded the heritage foundation label. Located 8 minutes from the motorway exit, 12 minutes from Bourges European cultural capital 2028 and 20 minutes from Noirlac Abbey, we welcome you in a peaceful and relaxing setting. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

Luxury accommodation and comfort at "Clos Mylodro"

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (new external staircase with non-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. We also rent a room that is on the same landing (see Room in private house on Airbnb)
