This is the ideal location for enjoying the charms of Paris or Disney during the day, and finding peace and quiet in the evening. Three bedrooms with double beds upstairs and a double sofa bed on the ground floor can accommodate a family who will enjoy their meals on the terrace while listening to the birds sing.

A RER E station, 2 bus stops (within 3-minute walk). Gare de Lyon/ Gare St Lazare: 30mins by RER. Disneyland/ La Vallée Village: 20mins by car; 35-50 mins by RER. 30-35mins by RER to Center Paris(eg. Opéra, Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette/ Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann).

Welcome home! We took great care to set up and decorate this apartment to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a secure residence with self check-in, the apartment is 150 m from the center and its amenities. It will accommodate up to 4 guests, bed linen and toiletries included. For your pleasure, the beds will be made on arrival. We hope you have a great stay with us!

This studio, renovated in February 2023, is a pavilion outbuilding and therefore has independent and differentiated access from the main home. With a large number of household amenities (Wi-Fi on a fiber optic internet line, connected TV, full kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine), this accommodation is perfect for a professional clientele or for a young couple visiting Disneyland.
