6 km from the cottage, the medieval city of Navarrenx, (listed as a Historic Monument) is located on the Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, one stop before Saint Jean Pied de Port. Not to mention the many beautiful sites for walks and swimming in transparent water along the Gave d'Oloron. On site, various horseback or walking activities can be offered.
