Il dispose d’une pièce avec coin salon, cuisine équipée, 1 ch (lit 160*200), salle d'eau (douche), wc indépendant, climatisation, terrasse ombragée. La capacité d’accueil est de 2 pers. Il est à coté du gîte "Côté Mûrier". Une piscine hors sol de 7*3m (ouverte de mai à sept.) et un terrain de pétanque sont communs aux 3 gîtes.
