Enjoy a stylish home: Les Vans historic center. Workshop style, loft, uncluttered. 2nd floor. Comfortable, very well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine, dishwasher, connected screen etc. Queen size bed, under roof window to enjoy the starry nights in Cevennes. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the property. Ideally placed to discover the region. Swimming, walks, canoeing, climbing, etc. ten minutes from the house. I've created a guide for recommended activities.

This charming dream view studio is in the heart of the South Ardeche. Beautiful old atmosphere, comfortable and beautiful views! Un petit coin de paradis. You will have access to the pool and pool house for moments of relaxation. The 2500 m plot will seduce you with its greenery and tranquility. Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Charming flat with balcony on the 1st floor of an ancient renovated building. You will be in the heart of the village of Les Vans and will enjoy the typical ambiance with terrasses of cafés and restaurants and the soft flow of the market place fountain... The flat is heated thanks to a wood-pellet burning stove. The private entrance to the flat is situated on a village square where you can park.

La Loge -Gard (30) The Ardèche Gorges 35 minutes away

"La Loge" - a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels) on request: €30 for 2 people. The lodge does not have a private terrace but we have a large garden that is open to everyone. Rollaway bed possible for one child (rollaway bed 120x190) or crib and high chair). No pets allowed.
