Elegant 38 SQM studio apartment in a typical Provencal style villa with swimming pool. Just a 5min drive from the Sablettes and Fabrégas beaches and 5min on foot from the woodlands. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10min drive from Sanary and 20min drive from Bandol and its renowned vineyards. The studio has a private terrace (13SQM) to enjoy the sunny days of Provence. Equipped and air-conditioned apartment located 200 m from the magnificent Tamaris corniche and 1500m from the beach of Les Sablettes with its restaurants and cafes. Many natural and authentic beaches are located in the surrounding area. Nearby bus stop and sea shuttle. Bakery, supermarket and many shops 1 km away. You can cool off in the pool from June 1st to mid-September (supervised in July/August) Private parking space. On the 2nd floor without elevator.

T2 duplex on the top floor in a residence with swimming pool, and petanque court, located 50 meters from the beautiful bay of Tamaris. View of the sea and pool. Les Sablettes beach, its shops, restaurants, bars, night market, etc... are 1 km away (15-minute walk along the bay) You also have the sea shuttle, which will allow you to reach the Toulon harbor and its city center (Provencal market...). The pier is a 5-minute walk from the residence.

Beautiful villa with new sea view of 60 m2 with terrace and pool that can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa has 2 bedrooms ( with a double bed and the 2nd with double bunk bed and single bed at the top) , shower room, equipped kitchen open to the living room with comfortable sofa bed and TV (WiFi) overlooking a terrace with dining table and a plancha then stairs to the secure pool with its terrace overlooking the sea and Toulon harbor.
