Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. In the heart of La Bernerie-en-Retz: 5 minutes walk from the beach and shops. A furnished studio of 25m² in an old house. La Bernerie is accessible by train from Nantes in 50 minutes. 15 minutes by car from the Pornic’s Thalasso. This studio is equipped with a fitted kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, 2 gas burners), a bathroom with sink and shower. Independent toilets; 1 sofa bed and 1 bed; the entrance is independent and part of a garden is available
