Located by the sea, this small outbuilding is embellished with a fenced and landscaped garden (Japanese style). Ideal sunshine. Beach and Chemin des Douaniers access on foot. Access to the marshes of the Pays de Retz. Free parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. The city center is a 10-minute walk away, a real advantage to enjoy summer entertainment. The beautiful city of Pornic is only 10 km away. By bike, or by shuttle bus, or SNCF TER train station
