The Ford 7-passenger 4x4 car is included with the house, at no cost.

The gazebo can also be used as a guest house or, it can simply be used for dining or relaxation purposes with a view of the harbour & ocean. The house has a large bathroom with a stand-up shower, double sink, vanity and a large therapeutic bathtub.
