“We were pleasantly surprised - we felt the warmth and care with which the hosts had prepared the place for us. We have seen many AirBnB’s but these hosts seem to be one of the most dedicated to hospitality and to the guests. The place was flawlessly clean, well-decorated and nicely furnished. Flat screen TV and cable was great. We enjoyed great selection of coffees, jams and spreads in the morning. Most importantly, the bed was very comfy, the well-appointed washroom was stocked with brand name toiletries for him and her. Check-in and check out was a snap and communication was very easy. All in all - this place was a great value - stylish, hospitable apartment for very reasonable price. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.”
Welcome to your friendly stay near some of Dartmouth's best lakes! Your room is the private suite of a split-level entry townhouse. The entry is at ground level around the back of the house, down a flight of stairs, with its own private entrance. The dock is just across the street and down the stairs. In the morning you can watch the rowers and kayakers out on Lake Mic Mac from the backyard. There is no TV in the suite. We hope you enjoy the neighbourhood!
“The space was exactly as advertised, clean, neat and exactly what we needed. The shower is definitely epic, we enjoyed having it available. Upstairs occupants were quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We traveled in February so appreciated the warm floor in the bathroom and how quickly the space warmed up when we arrived back.”
I don't know where to start! We live one house away from 3 bodies of water! Lake Banook to the front, the Shubenacadie Canal on the side and Sullivan's Pond to the rear. Transit, playgrounds, parks, the TransCanada trail, and the beach are less than a block away. Not to mention fantastic coffee houses, restaurants and the ferry within a 15 minute walk. The house is on a cul-de-sac , so road noise is at a minimum. The house, and neighbourhood have a great feel to it, I hope you enjoy.
“Great location, nice and quiet, close to everything. Had everything we needed for our two week stay. We were glad for off street parking, laundry facilities, suggested restaurants to try and an extra flashlight when the power might have gone out during a storm.”
